In this full-time position, you will maintain and repair UBC's varied fleet, including electric and hybrid vehicles. You’ll handle tasks such as inspecting vehicles per provincial regulations, diagnosing electrical issues, and training apprentices. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair diverse fleet vehicles and equipment
• Carry out vehicle inspections according to regulations
• Provide electrical and mechanical diagnostics
• Train and monitor apprentice mechanics
• Maintain inventory of repair parts and order supplies

Requirements:
• Trade certification as a Heavy Duty or Automotive Mechanic
• At least five years of relevant experience
• Clean driver’s abstract and license
