Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee payroll cycles from validation to issue resolution
• Investigate payroll data discrepancies and perform variance analysis
• Address employee inquiries and coordinate solutions
• Assist in Workday testing activities and documentation
• Prepare payroll reports to support decision-making
Requirements:
• 2‑4 years of payroll experience in Canada
• Knowledge of Quebec payroll requirements
• Active or completed Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation
• Understanding of payroll legislation and reporting
