As a Roadside Assistance Driver, you will engage with members, operate CAA’s fleet vehicles, and conduct troubleshooting for vehicle challenges. This position requires a keen understanding of auto repairs and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Your robust customer service skills will help you diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring members can get back on the road quickly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate fleet vehicles in accordance with regulations
• Attend to service calls for battery, towing, and lockouts




• Communicate with members to understand their vehicle issues
• Conduct safety assessments at breakdown scenes
• Offer quick repairs to facilitate safe driving

Requirements:
• Mechanical skills and automotive knowledge
• Excellent customer interaction experience
• Familiarity with Winnipeg and Manitoba's geography
• Previous heavy equipment operation experience
• Current, clean Provincial Driver's License
