Key Responsibilities:
• Manage assessments and case management for clients
• Develop individualized reintegration support plans




• Liaise with community partners and other services
• Conduct risk assessments in clinical settings
• Advocate and support clients in crisis situations

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education
• 1-3 years' experience in social services
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Intermediate First Aid/CPR certification required
• Bilingual candidates preferred
