Key Responsibilities:
• Assist CRM management for ice contracts and rentals
• Collaborate in developing direct sales strategies
• Identify recent customer opportunities and relationships
• Help plan and execute league operations
• Deliver best-in-class service to our customers

Requirements:
• Must be currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program
• Customer service or office experience preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to stay organized under pressure
