Join Sherweb as a Site Reliability Engineer, fully remote in Quebec. You will leverage your technical skills to enhance the reliability and performance of our platforms and services.
In this role, you will focus on applying Site Reliability Engineering concepts to elevate service quality, ensure system stability, and automate operational tasks. Your contributions will help improve the overall efficiency of production environments while collaborating with various teams to support ongoing service improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance operational tooling to reduce manual intervention
• Implement service level objectives and standards
• Monitor systems and enhance observability capabilities
• Conduct incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Create and maintain comprehensive operational documentation
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years in IT operations or infrastructure support
• Advanced scripting skills in languages like Bash or C#
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control
• Experience with Azure services is a plus
• Fluent English communication skills required
