As a Heavy Duty Cleaner at GDI Services, you will play an essential role in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across the facility. Responsibilities include cleaning hard surfaces, washing windows, and restocking supplies in bathrooms. You will ensure all areas are spotless while monitoring any maintenance issues for supervisors to address.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean carpets, floors, and other surfaces as assigned
• Wash and maintain glass surfaces and windows as needed
• Empty waste baskets and manage building refuse collection
• Assist with high dusting and wall washing tasks
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisors promptly

Requirements:
• Must have own transportation for commuting
• Strong detail-oriented approach to cleaning tasks
• Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment
• Willingness to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
• Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check
