Key Responsibilities:
• Create and update resident care or service plans
• Provide nursing care including medication administration




• Conduct thorough documentation of resident health
• Assist during transitions and palliative care
• Facilitate effective communication within the healthcare team
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current Alberta nursing license
• CPR and First Aid certifications required
• Experience in a care workplace advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor
