Amir Specialty Poultry is seeking a Maintenance Manager to launch maintenance operations in a current state-of-the-art facility in Arthur, ON. This role is critical to achieving peak reliability and safety standards.
In this position, you will be instrumental in overseeing maintenance activities during the build-out phase of the facility, ensuring all systems meet both regulatory and operational standards. You will create a preventive maintenance framework, commission essential equipment, and build a talented maintenance team. Focused on operational uptime, you’ll provide the leadership needed to ensure the facility’s high standards are met prior to production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all maintenance-related build-out activities
• Develop an asset management system for equipment




• Ensure effective commissioning of processing systems
• Establish and implement preventive maintenance protocols
• Mentor a diverse team of maintenance professionals
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of maintenance management experience
• Preference for those with a 433A or 442A certification
• Strong leadership in building multi-trade teams
• Experienced with industrial processing equipment
• Good understanding of poultry processing requirements
