NeuroSync Physiotherapy is a specialized rehabilitation clinic operating out of a spacious, 2,600 sq. ft. facility in the Durham Region. Our mission is to deliver top-tier, patient-centered care through customized, 1-on-1 treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
Our team-oriented team includes physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, naturopaths, and osteopaths. We are equipped with advanced neuro-rehabilitation technology—including the state-of-the-art RT300 Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) bike—and offer comprehensive training on all specialized equipment.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. Working under the guidance and mentorship of our Lead Physiotherapist, you will play a hands-on role in implementing treatment plans, guiding exercises, and empowering patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Support: Execute customized treatment plans using hands-on techniques and guide patients through prescribed exercise programs under the direction of a supervising Physiotherapist.
Communication & Education: Build strong rapport with patients,
clearly explaining treatment goals to keep them motivated and committed to their recovery plans.
Documentation & Admin: Maintain complete, up-to-date clinical notes and support front-desk administration, record keeping, and program planning as needed.
Continuous Learning: Participate in and contribute to in-house educational sessions, team training, and professional development.
