ServiceMaster Clean® is looking for an organized, customer-focused professional to join our team as an Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator. This position is ideal for somone who enjoys variety in their work, building strong supplier and customer relationships, and ensuring products are avaialable when and where they're needed.

In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinationg purchasing activities, managing inventory, supporting customer orders and helping to maintain efficient day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do:

Purchasing & Inventory Management
Coordinate purchasing and replenishment of inventory.
Monitor stock levels and seasonal product requirements.
Receive and maintain inventory records and product information.
Identify opportunities to improve product availability and purchasing efficiency.

Supplier, Product & Customer Support
Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers
Source new products and explore cost-effective purchasing options.
Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, special requests, and quotations.
Support both internal departments and external customers.

Administration & Compliance
Maintain pricing, product, and inventory information.
Prepare reports, invoices, statements, and related documentation.




Ensure product safey documentation remains accurate and up to date.

What You'll Bring
Experience in purchasing, inventory control, customer service, supply chain, food service supply, or a related field.
Solid organaizational and time management skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks with stong attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Experience with Quickbooks or inventory management software is considered an asset.
