Job Summary

We are looking for a enthusiastic and dedicated Piano Instructor to join our music education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching piano, with experience working with students of all ages skill levels, who are passionate about music education and enjoy inspiring students in a fun, supportive, and professional environment.

Duties
Conduct individual or group piano lessons tailored to students’ skill levels and learning styles
Develop customized lesson plans that incorporate technical skills, music theory, and performance techniques
Foster a positive and encouraging learning workplace to motivate students
Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
Prepare students for recitals, exams, or performances as needed
Maintain a well-organized schedule of lessons and communicate effectively with students and parents about lesson plans and progress
Participate in students recitals to showcase student achievements




Collaborate with other instructors to ensure a cohesive educational experience

Experience
Proven tutoring or teaching experience in piano or other musical instruments
Experience working with children, including understanding early childhood education principles
Classroom experience or background in education is highly desirable
Familiarity with teaching methods that engage young learners and adapt to various skill levels
