Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities as needed.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate cleaning methods.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a protected working setting.
Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in hospitality settings.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and staff.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
