We are currently hiring experienced Casement Hardware Assemblers for a full-time opportunity in Concord.
This is a specialized role ideal for candidates with previous experience working in window manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
Assemble casement window hardware and related components
Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Follow assembly instructions and production requirements
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work effectively with team members in a rapid-paced production setting
Qualifications
Previous experience in a window manufacturing company is strongly preferred
Experience with casement hardware assembly is a major asset
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Reliable and punctual
Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical work as needed
