Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos and explain styling options
Assist customers with selecting clothing items that match their preferences and needs
Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Maintain organized merchandising displays to highlight recent arrivals and seasonal collections




Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during busy hours

Experience
Previous retail sales experience, especially in fashion or apparel, is preferred but not required
Robust communication skills in English
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
Demonstrated organizational skills to keep merchandise well-stocked and displays appealing
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
Familiarity with retail tools such as cash registers, inventory management systems
