GD LEAD is looking for a Construction Project Manager to support the management and delivery of our commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate has experience in estimating as well as excellent organizational skills.Main Responsibilities
Manage all stages of construction projects: planning, coordination, execution and deliveryEstimate construction costs and prepare budgetsAnalyze plans, specifications and calls for tenderCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers and external stakeholdersMonitor deadlines, costs and qualityCollaborate with the internal team (property management, accounting, management)Manage unforeseen events on construction sites and propose solutionsRequired profile
Training in project management, civil engineering, architecture,



estimating or related field3 to 5 years of experience in construction project management (commercial sector an asset)Concrete experience in project estimatingExcellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skillsProficiency in software such as MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or any estimating software (e.G.
