Duties
Perform cleaning tasks in various areas, including main lobby, parkade elevator vestibules, garbage room, gym, gym restrooms, steam rooms, hot tub, residential hallways, and common areas
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, tables, and fixtures
Dust furniture and fixtures
Clean windows and glass surfaces
Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
Requirements
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
Experience in commercial cleaning preferred
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and sanitation
Customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
Familiarity with hand tools used in facilities maintenance (asset)
Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
Ability to operate power tools for specific cleaning tasks
Requires a cell phone to clock in and out of a geo-targeted app for your shifts
