Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for many Imaging Specialists in the Administrative sector in Concord, Ontario.

We provide:
$18.00 hourly

Convenient Location: work site is easily accessible near the intersection of Highway 7 and Jane Street in Concord, ON (Vaughan area)
Early morning shifts, five days a week starting at 5:45am-2:15pm
Weekly pay via direct deposit with 4% vacation pay

Duties:
Scanning – Prepped cartons are moved (one at a time) to scanner positions. The employee loads sheets into one of various types of scanners for processing and returns sheets to the box in the same order as received. Depending on the source material, sheets may be fed into scanners one at a time or in small batches. This is primarily a seated task but feeding scanners may be while standing
Quality – Confirms accuracy of scanned documents. This is primarily a seated task




Release/Index – Documentation of files and release of scanned material to customer. This is primarily a seated task, 10% of position as a whole.

Requirements:
Able to perform seated tasks with constant use of upper body
Ability to operate computer. Position requires significant data input and high rate of key strokes.
Ability to operate, clean, and troubleshoot scanners.
Must be able to understand verbal/written instructions in English
