We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscaper/Labourer to join our outdoor maintenance team. This role involves performing various landscaping and construction tasks to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture, gardening, and landscape maintenance, with the ability to operate various tools and equipment. Duties
Assist with landscape installation, including planting, mulching, and sod laying
Operate machinery such as excavators and power tools safely and efficiently
Perform irrigation system installation and maintenance
Use hand tools and power tools for trimming, pruning, edging, and general landscaping tasks
Maintain and repair garden beds, lawns, and hardscapes
Support construction projects related to landscape features such as patios or retaining walls
Conduct routine maintenance of equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
Assist with site cleanup, debris removal,
and preparation for projects
Follow safety protocols at all times during outdoor work activities
Requirements
Prior experience with landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred
Mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation and maintenance is a plus
Familiarity with excavation machinery such as excavators is advantageous
Experience with irrigation systems installation and repair is desirable
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and construction processes
Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, digging, bending, and standing for extended periods
Prior construction experience is beneficial but not mandatory
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
