Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) – JK Classroom

Join our warm, welcoming, play-based learning community! We are seeking a passionate Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our Junior Kindergarten classroom to complete an 18 month maternity leave.

The successful candidate will:

Be a member in valuable standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators.

Have a strong understanding of How Does Learning Happen? and the Ontario Kindergarten Program.

Have experience in a JK program

Plan and implement engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences that foster curiosity, independence, and confidence.

Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.





Communicate effectively with families and work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

Be organized, reliable, and committed to continuous professional learning.
