Job Summary
We are a quick-growing residential contracting company seeking a highly skilled Carpenter with at least 10 years of hands-on experience. Our projects range from structural framing and rough carpentry to complex renovation and finish work. We need a dynamic, versatile professional who can step into different roles and take ownership of their craft.

What We’re Looking For
10+ years of carpentry experience (mandatory).
Solid background in rough carpentry and framing.
Proven experience in renovation projects (structural and interior).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Skilled in using a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a crew.
Flexibility to take on diverse tasks across multiple project types.

Key Responsibilities
Execute rough carpentry and framing work to code and specification.
Perform renovation and remodeling tasks, including demolition, layout, and finish work.
Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project flow.
Maintain a clean, secure, and organized job site.
Train and mentor apprentices or junior carpenters when needed.
