OXE Enterprises is looking for some temporary help on our upcoming roofing projects in the Swift Current area. Shift will begin on August 24th and go for 10 days straight, weather depending.
Responsibilities
Adhere to instructions given by OXE foreman
Assist with the demolition and preparation of roofing materials
Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles
Keep work site clean, both atop the roof and on the ground
Skills
Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, saws, and measuring tapes
Prior construction or handyman experience is highly desirable
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively in various weather conditions
Basic carpentry skills for framing or structural support tasks
Solid work ethic with a focus on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail
This role will be on our payroll and you will be protected under our company’s WCB coverage and offers an excellent pathway to develop essential skills in the construction industry. If you’re energetic, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to quality roofing projects, we want you on our team!
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
