Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling and food safety standards
Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent service and addressing their needs promptly
Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling pastries or light snacks when required




Follow all food safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff

Requirements
Prior experience as a Barista or in the food industry is highly preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Previous experience in serving or food service roles demonstrates reliability and teamwork orientation

Pay: $18.25-$29.27 per hour
