Join our agile manufacturing team as a Die Polishing/Assembly technician, where you'll play a vital role in transforming raw components into high-quality finished parts. Duties
Perform die polishing to achieve smooth, accurate surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and polishing equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble components according to specifications.
Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and adjust dies during assembly and polishing processes.
Operate forklifts safely to move heavy materials or finished parts within the warehouse or manufacturing floor.
Assemble die components with precision, following detailed schematics and assembly instructions.
Conduct quality checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy of finished parts.




Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications
Proven experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related mechanical work environment.
Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, calipers, and welding techniques is highly desirable.
Knowledge of machining processes and mechanical systems enhances your effectiveness in this role.
Warehouse experience including forklift operation is a plus.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Basic understanding of schematics, manufacturing standards, and quality control procedures.
