Position Overview

As Service Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor technicians, coordinate projects from start to finish, and play a pivotal role in the sales process for current installations.

What You Bring
Red Seal Certification – Plumbing or HVAC
Gas A or B Ticket (required)
Minimum 5 years of industry experience
Valid Driver’s License
Proven plumbing sales experience
Satisfactory Criminal Record Check

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and schedule technicians and projects
Coordinate with other departments for effective workflow
Manage materials and supplies requisition
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues




Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
Provide accurate estimates and drive sales for new installations
Lead training and mentoring initiatives
Maintain detailed records for compliance, billing, and project documentation

Compensation & Advantages
Base Salary: Starting at $100,000/year (negotiable)
