At CEM Resorts, we believe excellent hospitality starts behind the scenes just as much as it does in front of guests. We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Steward / Kitchen Steward to join our hospitality team in Toronto. This role plays an key part in keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly to support exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, cookware, and kitchen utensils efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and food preparation spaces
Support chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring supplies and equipment are readily available
Properly dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen
Sweep, mop, sanitize, and organize kitchen workstations regularly
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries while maintaining proper storage standards




Ensure all kitchen equipment and cleaning tools are maintained properly
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety regulations at all times
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods as required

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a stewarding, kitchen helper, or dishwashing role is an asset, but not required
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and stay organized under pressure
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies when needed
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and maintaining high hospitality standards
