Duties
Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicle exteriors, including washing, waxing, and polishing to enhance shine and protection
Detail vehicle interiors by vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning windows, and wiping down surfaces for a spotless finish
Apply protective treatments such as tire dressing and interior conditioners to maintain vehicle appearance and longevity
Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and communicate findings to supervisors or customers as needed
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, explaining detailing processes, and ensuring satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized workspace,
including proper disposal of waste and storage of supplies
Follow safety protocols during all detailing procedures to ensure a safe working workplace
Skills
Robust attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and quality workmanship
Experience in cleaning or detailing vehicles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment
Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods during the workday
Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in automotive detailing is a plus but not mandatory
A positive attitude with a proactive approach to completing tasks thoroughly and promptly
