Southern Pines Golf Club is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team for the remainder of the 2026 golf season and returning in 2027.

This is a excellent opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment while being part of a dynamic golf operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
Assist with pro shop retail sales and merchandising
Support daily golf operations, including check-ins and tee time coordination
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

Requirements:
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work the full golf season
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment




Retail experience is an asset, as sales are a key part of the role
Knowledge of the golf industry is helpful, but not required
