We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental team.
This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, building strong patient relationships, and helping a busy dental office run smoothly. The ideal candidate has dental office experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
Coordinate patient treatment plans and financial arrangements
Help patients understand their treatment options and answer questions
Manage scheduling and daily office flow
Support and lead the front office team
Assist with accounts receivable, insurance claims, and collections
Work closely with dentists and team members to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
Previous experience in a dental office required
Experience as an Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator, or senior administrator preferred
Familiarity with Tracker is an asset
Solid communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
