An ideal candidate would have:
Ability to lift up to 100lbs
Team player who is dependable and reliable
Ability to abide by all safety policies and procedures
ITA sponsored apprenticeship program
Ability to work in a physically demanding,



fast-paced and safe environment on both the roof and ground
Prior roofing experience considered an asset
Red Seal Ticket considered an asset
Fall protection certification considered an asset
First Aid Level 1 considered an asset

Some daily responsibilities:
Site set up;
Removing and disposing of old roofing materials
Loading and unloading materials
Job site clean-up
Installation of a variety of roofing systems, including: Asphalt, Metal, Eco, Cedar and Flat
Job leadership to recent workers
