This position will require a RECA Condominium Management License within the first 6 to12 months of employment. Please only apply if you are eligible and willing to take the licensing course.

To be eligible, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
Have a minimum of Canadian high school education (or equivalent)
Provide proof of English proficiency, showing that you have completed a minimum of Alberta’s English 30 (or equivalent)

We are a building management firm that specializes in exceptional customer service.

We are looking for someone eager to provide "concierge-style management" to our clients.

No prior experience is required for this position. However, we are looking for driven, people-focused individuals who demonstrate solid attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, sense of ownership, positive judgement and a high level of computer proficiency. Previous experience in building management, property management, rental, or maintenance is considered an asset.

As a member of our team, your duties will include, but not be limited to,



providing excellent customer service, communicating with clients, developing budgets, maintaining a calendar of monthly and annual tasks, attending, organizing and coordinating meetings.
