Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering high-quality meals to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, a strong understanding of food safety practices, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace. Duties - Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. - Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and measuring. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. - Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of all food served. - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. - Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low. - Participate in daily cleaning tasks, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. - Assist in menu planning and development as needed.



Qualifications - Previous experience in a kitchen or food service workplace is preferred but not required. - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential. - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality meal preparation. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. - A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow within the food industry.
