Accident Support Services International (ASSI) is the official collision reporting centre partner for Police Services across Canada. Since 1994, we have been providing professional collision management services in collaboration with Police, insurance companies, and private enterprise.

The Chance – Casual / On‑Call

We’re looking for a casual, on‑call Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Bay. This role is perfect for someone who is retired, semi‑retired, or simply looking for a small, steady commitment.

You will work 4 hours per week, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts when we need vacation coverage, sick‑day coverage, or extra help. The schedule is flexible, and we will always give as much notice as possible when extra coverage is required.

This is a low‑pressure, supportive role where you’ll interact with members of the public and help walk them through the collision reporting process.

What You’ll Do
Greet and assist visitors when they arrive
Answer basic telephone inquiries
Verify documents such as driver’s licence, ownership, and insurance




Collect basic information from drivers involved in collisions
Enter information into our reporting system
Scan and file documents
Photograph vehicle damage
Provide simple guidance on next steps with insurance
Help out with other light office duties as required

Can pass a criminal background check
Have 1–2 years of past customer service experience (an asset, not required)
Hold a valid driver’s licence and understand basic rules of the road

Working Conditions
Light office work with regular computer use
Occasional standing
Required to photograph damaged vehicles outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour
