Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items with precision and care.
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Handle cashing out customers, managing cash handling procedures, and balancing registers at shift end.
Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks following strict food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas,
and equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
Support team members with serving duties, stock replenishment, and general operational needs.
Requirements
Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly desirable.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology.
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction processing.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
