What You’ll Be Doing
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
Support the Sales team with admin tasks (account updates, follow-ups, documentation)
Help resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
Keep CRM and internal systems accurate and up to date
Work with Sales and Operations to keep everything running smoothly
Assist with reports, scheduling,



and day-to-day coordination
Spot ways to improve processes and customer experience

What We’re Looking For
3+ years in call centre customer service role(s)
Strong communication skills (clear, skilled, friendly)
Someone who stays calm under pressure and enjoys helping people
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable using systems (CRM, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
Strong technical and IT skills
