We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.




Conduct analysis of customer feedback to enhance service quality.

Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing excellent support.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities (English and Spanish preferred) to cater to diverse customer needs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication standards.
Sales experience with an aptitude for upselling products or services.
