Summary

We are looking for a reliable and motivated General Labourer to join our team at our automotive dealership. This position supports various departments including service, parts, and sales by assisting with vehicle movement, shop cleanliness, and general facility upkeep. The ideal candidate is hardworking, physically capable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lifting and moving heavy parts and vehicle wheels
Move, park, and organize vehicles on the lot and in the service area.
Assist technicians with basic shop duties such as cleaning, tool organization, and part retrieval.
Wash and detail vehicles as needed (interior and exterior).
Maintain cleanliness of service bays, shop floor, parking areas, and dealership grounds.
Assist with tire storage, parts organization, and deliveries.
Perform light facility maintenance tasks
Shovel snow & administer de-icing salt
Shuttle customers
Support sales staff with vehicle staging and showroom setup.




Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
Physically fit and able to lift 60 lbs or more, bend, and stand for long periods.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
Positive communication skills and a positive attitude.
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Experience in an automotive environment is an asset but not required.

Working Conditions:
Works indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
Exposure to vehicle noise, exhaust fumes, and automotive chemicals
