Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items with precision and efficiency
Cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by executing tasks swiftly and accurately
Follow all food safety protocols, including proper sanitation practices and temperature controls




Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences to guests

Skills
Experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
Ability to perform meal preparation efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and teamwork dynamics in a quick-paced workplace
Excellent attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness
Good communication skills to coordinate with chefs and front-of-house staff
