The Prospect:
We’re currently seeking a Licensed Plumber with high-rise service experience to join our expert team. If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and values quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Perform in-suite and common-area plumbing service in high-rise residential and commercial properties
Diagnose and repair a wide range of plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, pressure issues, fixture replacement, etc.)
Conduct preventive maintenance and emergency service work
Collaborate with property managers and residents to ensure high-quality service delivery
Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings clearly
Represent the BMI brand with professionalism, cleanliness, and courtesy at all times





Requirements:
Valid Plumbing License (Ontario)
Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience, with proven work in high-rise buildings
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clean, professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Valid Ontario driver’s license
