We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter/Labourer to join our energetic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including residential, commercial, restoration, and industrial painting. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings, and assisting with various labour tasks to ensure project efficiency and quality. Duties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and taping to ensure optimal paint adhesion
Apply paint, primers, stains, and coatings using brushes, and rollers, on residential, commercial, or industrial projects
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to follow project specifications accurately
Operate hand tools and power tools safely for surface preparation and finishing tasks
Support carpentry tasks as needed for framing or structural adjustments during restoration projects




Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris efficiently

Requirements
Background in painting preferred; willingness to learn is highly valued
Knowledge of construction painting techniques including residential, commercial, industrial, and restoration projects
Experience with hand tools and power tools such as drills, sanders, sprayers, and caulking guns
Solid communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
Good time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently
Physical ability to perform manual labour including lifting heavy materials and working at heights safely
Customer service mindset with a professional attitude towards clients and team members
