We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Eavestrough Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, and maintaining eavestrough systems on residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will ensure effective water drainage solutions that protect structures from water damage. Duties
Measure and cut eavestroughs accurately using hand tools and schematics provided
Install seamless or sectional eavestrough systems on various building types following blueprints and schematics
Securely fasten gutters with appropriate hardware, ensuring proper slope for water flow
Seal joints and connections with caulking to prevent leaks and ensure durability
Inspect completed installations for quality control, making adjustments as needed
Perform maintenance and repairs on existing eavestrough systems, including cleaning and restoration work
Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all phases of installation
Use construction painting, plumbing, welding,
flooring installation, tile laying, and carpentry skills when necessary for specialized tasks or adjustments
Experience
Prior experience with construction or roofing projects is highly preferred
Familiarity with hand tools such as drills, hammers, levels, and saws
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide installations
Knowledge of caulking techniques and waterproofing methods
Experience in restoration or general construction painting is a plus
Basic understanding of plumbing or welding can be beneficial for certain customizations
Robust physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
