Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Handle food preparation and food handling duties in accordance with food safety standards
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and giving correct change
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace,



including food prep areas and dining spaces
Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers

Skills
Proven experience as a Barista or in the food service industry with solid serving skills
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
Robust customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Basic math skills for cash handling, order calculations, and inventory management
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
