Shift: Continental Day & Night Rotation (Every two months)

Position Overview:

As a Maintenance Millwright , you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all plant equipment and systems. This position involves troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives on a wide variety of industrial machinery.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical equipment
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks




Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to reduce downtime
Maintain accurate records using CMMS systems

Requirements:
Valid Ontario Trade Certification:
433A Millwright
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing workplace
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
Familiarity with PLCs, motors, pumps, conveyors, and hydraulics
Strong problem-solving skills and a safety-first mindset
Willingness to work a continental rotating shift (days and nights, rotating every month)
