Krown Halifax is an industry leader in automotive rust protection. We are looking for a seasonal spray technician (with potential leading to full time) to work in our rapid paced, setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive vehicles in and out of the bays
Clean and prepare surfaces for rust prevention treatment by removing dirt, grime, and existing rust.
Apply rust protection coatings using various techniques, such as spray application, brushing, or dipping, ensuring even coverage and proper adhesion.
Use electric drill to bore hole into the body of the vehicle panels, according to Krown diagrams.
Wash outside of vehicles while maintaining the interior cleanliness as well.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience in automotive maintenance, detailing, or a related field is advantageous.
Steel toe boots
Minimum of class 5 driving license
Ability to work with attention to detail and maintain consistent quality standards.
Solid physical stamina
Must work Saturdays
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Moderate lifting and physical exertion may be required.
Preference will be given to those with an air brake license.
All hires must complete a criminal background check and have a clean driving abstract.
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
