We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist in the production of products while working in a safe and team-oriented environment.
Successful candidates will receive on-the-job training and may begin in one of several production departments based on operational needs.
Responsibilities
Assemble products using pneumatic nail guns and hand tools.
Safely operate saws and other production equipment.
Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all health and safety procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3–6 months of recent manufacturing or related experience.
Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and production machinery.
Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Solid work ethic with a commitment to safety, attendance, and teamwork.
Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive lifting, bending, and manual labour.
What We Offer
Starting wage of $18.00 per hour with overtime after 40 hours.
