POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for a full time rental agent for our Vita multi-residential building. Sales no longer holds any secrets for you, this position is for you!

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts according to the policies, service offer and established promotions, in conjunction with the building manager




Follow up on prospects and complete the necessary documents for the rental
Issue rental activity reports and process renewal requests, as needed
Perform business development and develop new go-to-market strategies with management approval
Receive potential customers
Respond to current customers on pricing and lease terms

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in sales
Customer service experience an asset
A good working knowledge of sales techniques
