Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, providing excellent customer service at all times
Operate the cash register (POS system), handle cash and electronic payments accurately, and perform cash handling duties
Maintain store merchandising standards by organizing products, restocking shelves, and ensuring attractive displays
Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage inventory levels, perform basic math calculations for pricing, and assist with stock replenishment
Provide clear communication with customers via phone or in person,
demonstrating skilled phone etiquette
Uphold store cleanliness, safety protocols, and organization to ensure a welcoming shopping environment
Requirements
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management and organizational skills
Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing, and inventory management
Experience with POS systems or familiarity with technology sales is advantageous
Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and positive energy
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed
