Experienced Groomers (Stylists)

EXPERIENCED GROOMER (Stylist)

For confident groomers ready to grow within a premium brand.

Responsibilities:
Complete full grooms independently
Maintain professional, clean workstation
Capture required before/after photos & video content
Follow structured documentation systems

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years professional experience
Strong finishing detail
Technologically comfortable or willing to learn
Must provide own professional tools

Compensation:
Starting $20/hour (based on experience)
Monthly performance bonuses
Retail & add-on commission
Review-based incentives

Groomers Must Provide:
Shears (straight, curved, thinning)
Clippers, blades, guards
Brushes & combs
Nail grinder
Maintenance supplies

We Provide:
Hydraulic tables
Professional tubs & dryers
Premium spa products
Towels & cleaning supplies
Reception & marketing support
Fully booked system and lead generation

All equipment must be used according to operational guidelines.
