Duties
Install, repair, and replace tires on a variety of vehicles with precision and efficiency
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues related to tires and suspension systems
Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform tire mounting, balancing, and alignment tasks
Assist customers by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and service recommendations with enthusiasm
Perform heavy lifting of tires and wheels safely to ensure proper installation and removal
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency
Support ongoing maintenance tasks and basic automotive repairs as needed to uphold high service standards
Requirements
Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive systems and tire technology
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment repeatedly throughout the day
Basic understanding of automotive maintenance procedures and safety protocols
Willingness to learn new skills and grow within a fast-moving team environment
