Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive management experience, and a proven ability to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and organizational skills to ensure the company meets its business objectives while maintaining a positive environment for staff and customers alike. The General Manager will be responsible for managing teams, optimizing overall performance, and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies.

Duties
Lead and supervise all site operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff performance.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Oversee merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities to maximize profitabil
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette.
Foster a positive work setting that promotes teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills among staff.




Train Staff on equipment and equipment maintenance
Complete servive logs for vehicles and equipment

Experience
Proven management experience with a strong background in management or sales management roles.
Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Skills in negotiation, merchandising, pricing strategies, and marketing are highly desirable.
Solid leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and time management capabilities.
Farmilar with construction and maintenance industry
Prior experience in training & development programs to enhance team performance is advantageous.
Carry a valid Class 1 or 3 with air endosrment.

Pay: $62,400.00-$72,800.00 per year
